Return & Exchange Policy

The customer can exchange the product or return it for cash back within 14 days of purchasing in conditions of; providing the purchase receipt; product(s) and its/their box(s) should be in the same condition they were when purchased. Noting that USED products will not be exchanged nor returned.

يحق للمستهلك استبدال البضاعة أو ردها واسترجاع قيمتها المدفوعة وذلك خلال مدة أربعة عشر يوماً من تاريخ الشراء شرط تقديم فاتورة/وصل الشراء و على أن تكون البضاعة و صندوقها بنفس الحالة التي كانت عليها وقت الشراء. مع التنويه أن البضاعة المستعملة لا ترد و لا تستبدل.
